All it takes is some sort of way to promote this place. Get creative. look at sharty.  They even went as far as to graffiti the site on sum walls.  It doesnt matter if youre a mod or a user. If you like the board find a relevant time to share a related thread to a topic, make stickers, whatever you enjoy most :)
