So i need a drug that could cure my insomnia and have no adverse or minimal adverse side effects. This Insomnia has been bothering me for about a month now, and i am going insane without sleep, i do not sleep at all during night.

I have tried alprazolam and etizolam, they do not work, i have anxiety and mild depressive disorder. So dunno what to do. I do not know what gabapentin does, but want to take it.

Have you tried any sort of hemp derivative? Do not take gabapentin, whatever you do. I was prescribed that and it's terrible for you. Stick to natural remedies, you can do melatonin but you can't take that for long, besides it can be risky to fuck with those levels too. I recommend hemp/THC or their derivatives, so many things to choose from these days from gummies to vapes to flower, so on so forth. Stick to natural.

only if i had legal access to THC/hemp, pajeetland govt banned all that. Need to get it illegally.

Damnit. I wish governments would realize how harmful denying access to things like this is but all they care about is profits from their shitty pharmaceuticals. You can try chamomile tea, I can't vouch for it personally but always an option.

I have very limited options now, that hoe psychiatrist won't prescribe me anything good for sleep. Normal meds don't work on my fatass, 105kgs need higher dosage.

lmao damn

Maybe you can research some localized herbal medicinal options, I don't know anything about India but I'm sure there's something out there you can try. I personally won't ever vouch for psychiatric treatment because they do more harm than good more often than not.

Pills*
Just steer clear of psych meds. Especially if benzodiazepines didn't work for you.

What do i do then, pills are my only option. I have tried various natural remedies, nothing worked. Chamomile tea is also not accessible in my area. Perhaps getting myself sick by cold or fever could do a "hard reset" kind of shit.

Cognitive therapy and melatonin. In case you drink, stop.
I wish TZK-48 was real

I feel you. Let me do some light research and I'll see what I can find for you.

Also, those benzos are sedatives, not hypnotics; no wonder they did fuckall for you
>>566
Try Ashwagandha, that's local to you and helps with anxiety and sleep issues.
