Low-fat Spinach Shrimp Linguene
Ingredients:
Unsweetened almond milk (no flavoring, make sure just two ingredients)
Parmaesan cheese
Shrimp
Garlic salt
Olive oil.
Spinach linguene noodles
Instructions:
1.Boil noodles as instructions say. Filter out with cold water when done.
2.Distribute Olive oil into frying pan, make sure it covers the whole pan.
3.Add shrimp to pan, you can add some diced garlic for added flavor.
4.Once shrimp is properly cooked add noodles and almond milk
5.Apply garlic salt so there is enough to be seen on the top of all the noodles facing you. Proceed to mix.
6.Once the almond milk begins to bubble, add parmaesan. Proceed to mix again.
7.Once the cheese looks like its mixed itself into the almond milk, You are done, pour onto a plate or serving plate or bowl of your choice.
